We got incredible value for our money at Marilyn Apartments. The room was clean, well-equipped, and the beds were super comfortable. The location was perfect, right in front of the beach and surrounded by great cafes, bars, and restaurants. The staff treated us like royalty, going above and beyond to ensure our stay was perfect. They even prepared a delicious breakfast for us when we were running late!

Hotel breakfast could use improvement, especially the orange juice.

During my recent business trip to Rethymno, Crete, my director chose Marilyn Apartments as our accommodation. I must say, overall, it was a pleasant stay.

Our apartment was located in a building next to the hotel, not at the hotel itself.

The apartment instantly felt like a cosy home away from home. The staff were always friendly and helpful, and the panoramic view from the balcony was breathtaking. The location was perfect, right in front of a beautiful beach and just steps away from a supermarket and great restaurants. It was the ideal base for exploring the beauty of Crete. The studios and apartments at Marilyn Apartments are cozy and comfortable, with a well-equipped kitchenette and private balcony. I loved having the option to cook and enjoy meals on my own little terrace. The open-plan layout of the rooms, with twin beds, a dining area, and a kitchenette, created a spacious and inviting atmosphere. It felt like a home away from home. The private bathrooms in each unit were clean and had a convenient shower. It was refreshing to have my own space to freshen up after a long day of exploring.

Personally, I found the tile/marble floors in the studio a bit cold for my liking. However, I understand that some guests might appreciate the coolness it brings, especially during hot summer days.

I recently had a fantastic stay at Marilyn Apartments in Rethymno. We were warmly welcomed by Mr. Kariakos and Aphrodite, who made us feel right at home. The rooms were well-equipped with everything we needed and had a small balcony. The location was perfect, right across from the beach with plenty of dining options nearby. The staff at reception were extremely helpful and friendly. The cleanliness was impeccable, with regular changes of bed linen and towels. Safe parking was available at the back of the hotel. Highly recommended!

Excellent Nightlife and Local Bars

When it comes to nightlife, Marilyn Apartments takes the cake. You won't need a lighthouse to find your way back after a night out here! The local bars and cafes are so close, you can practically stumble back to your apartment. Trust me, you won't have to worry about boring nights when you stay at Marilyn Apartments.

We had an amazing stay at this hotel. The staff were friendly and helpful, providing us with all the information we needed. The apartment was clean and cosy, and the sea view from the balcony was breathtaking. The hotel's location next to the sea was perfect, and the beach was less crowded compared to other places. Additionally, having a supermarket right next to the hotel made it convenient for us to buy anything we needed. we had a fantastic time during our short stay.

I keep coming back to this amazing place for its friendly staff. On my first stay, they recommended great dining spots. It has everything I need - Wi-Fi, bar, restaurant, pool, TV, lift. Can't wait to come back for my next trip.

our second stay in rethymno, this time at an amazing apartment with friendly staff, great view, and refreshing pool. the private parking was a bonus and the beach across the street was nice. loved the well-equipped kitchen and wifi worked well. room was clean and comfortable.

We just stayed one night as we were en route to the south coast of Crete. It was a convenient stopping off point from the airport at Heraklion. The staff were friendly and helpful.

It was not an area of Crete that appeals to us - just a strip of hotels and tavernas alongside a busy beach. Having said that the hotel itself was fine for an overnight stay.

This is an excellent location for holidays the apartment was situated right beside a beautiful sandy beach close to shops and restaurants. The apartment was spacious and very well equiped. It was very clean and they were serviced every day. The staff were friendly and helpful. i can highly recommend the Marilyn for holidays.

It was really close to the beach and grocery store as well as restaurants and bars. The weather was fabulous!!

No toaster in the rooms and the fan in the bathroom wasn't strong enough so it often smelled musky and I saw mosquitos in the shower because of the dampness
